This submission is an instruction caused through the largess of petitions created to this writer (Ambassador At Large per Special Missons Convention) (pdf); namely, as follows:
S.1 : International Organizations
  1. EIIR Canada RCMP active files exist, cataloguing the preliminary complaints as filed by individual CSSPs (consecutively settled sovereign indigenous peoples) residing on EIIR Canada created First Nations reserves
  2. Additionally, these files contain information regarding the Notice to Comply as delivered to the former federal Prime Minister Hon S Harper regime in land titles matters held in trust by EIIR Canada; wherein, these complainants have filed preliminary information in absence of adequately funded competent legal counsel of their choice; noting that compliance by EIIR Canada is critical for settlement of outstanding alleged financial losses related to incomes derived from third party non-native commercial activities on these lands in question
  3. Further, the complaints filed with RCMP at the territory in question (Stz'uminus Nation State) in this 2016 year involve apparent violence by weapons allegedly perpetrated against rightful land title holders by persons appearing to represent the Stz'uminus First Nations counsel (RCMP file of attendance in place)
  4. Plus, at Rocky Mountain Kelly Lake Cree Nation (a non-treatied sovereign 10 million acre territory on the west coast) governed through HRH Karakwante Calliou; the complainant Davidson alleges that EIIR Canada Revenue Agency continues to trespass into these territories (citing UN Charter, Chp VII; and, international customs and traditions Free Prior Informed Consent Doctrine)

S.2 : Resolves Via Customary / Tradition Courts

  1. It remains imperative that EIIR Canada demonstrates domestically and internationally to a continued practise of the Two Row Wampum doctrine of Peace Trust Friendship; wherein,
  2. Both Canoe Peoples (CSSP) and Ship Peoples (landed immigrants) abide with the Covenant Chain protocols; including, the public declarations that both parties are committed to remain within their defined territories; and, that
  3. Through the international Free Prior Informed Consent covenants there shall prevail open public forums for peaceful dialogue on matters of mutual interest; preserving the
  4. Canoe Peoples with the entrenched Veto Option to depose the Ship Peoples in the event of good and just cause, as related to the Gus Wen Tah : Peace Trust Friendship : Two Row Wampum doctrines; where,
  5. Canoe Peoples - as the absolute governance authority in the lands of Turtle Island North / North America (map)
